Kenneth Gyang is back and—if this trailer is to be believed— better !

Peridot and Cinema Kpatakpata have released the trailer for The Lost Cafe, the follow up effort to director, Kenneth Gyang’s 2013 hit, Confusion Na Wa.

Shot in Nigeria and Norway, The Lost Cafe follows Osei (Tunde Aladese), a young lady who decides to rise above dark family secrets and culture shock to live her dreams abroad. She ends up finding the most unusual answers to her troubling questions somewhere in Drammen, Norway, where she meets the half blind, strange owner of a quaint coffee shop that serves “the best coffee in the world.”

Produced by Regina Udalor and written by Ifesinachi Okoli Akpagwu, the film also stars Belinda Effah, Ann Njemanze, Terje Lien, Jenny Bonden and Anders Lidin Hansen.

The Lost Cafe had support from Angenieux in France, Catapult Film in Norway and Project Act Nollywood in Nigeria.
