With a cast that includes, Kehinde Bankole, Nini Wacera, Dolapo Oni, Joseph Benajamin and the likes, Africa was really eager to see what the show had to offer.
The wait was finally over, and after seeing the premiere episode, many took to their Twitter accounts to express their opinions on the show.
I must confess, quite a lot of the comments were not flattering, with accusations of “copy and paste” and lack of originality being thrown around.
Read some of the comments yourselves.

Desperate Housewives Africa. That’s exactly what Africans think of when they think of good tv. Sarcasm is my weapon.

Desperate Housewives Africa. I might as well buy a DvD of the original Desperate Housewives if I wanted a recap. — Chioma Ogwuegbu (@AfricanCeleb) April 30, 2015
