Nollywood Production Company, AKP, Announces Auditions For New Projects


Nollywood production outfit, AKP casting call

Applegazer & Karmacause Productions (AKP), the brains behind Nollywood movies such as Living Funeral, Down and out and ZR-7: the Red House Seven are looking for actors (male and female) who will play characters in their new film and television projects.

Interested actors between the age of 21 and 45 are expected to send an email to applegazer@gmaildotcom, with a CV, bio, head shot and a link to either the actor’s reel, clip from a movie or monologue.

Production for the television series is expected to commence in the second quarter of this year, while the film is expected to start production before the end of 2015.

AKP is a Nollywood production company co-owned and run by Olufemi Ogunsanwo and Udoka Oyeka. The company is responsible for the 2011 AMAA nominated movie, ZR-7: The Red House Seven as well as Down and Out, a movie which was nominated three times at the 2013 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCAs), including Best short film and the Best Actor awards.
