Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2Welcome to this week’s episode of New Movies to Nigerian Cinemas (yeah, i know. I really need to come up with a better name. You guys can suggest potential names in the comment section, and I just might use it).

Last week, I told you that Get Hard, Outcast and Beneficence were the movies new to Nigerian cinemas. I hope you enjoyed them. If you still haven’t seen them, they are still in cinemas, so it’s not too late yet.

For those of you who just saw Furious 7, it was dope right? Yeah, I know. If for some unfathomable reason, you still haven’t seen it, you can check out the review here, maybe that would give you the needed push.

This week, we have two movies new to the cinemas, and they are both available at Ozone cinemas in Yaba and Silverbird Cinemas.

Without wasting any more time, let’s get into them.

 Run All Night

Run all night posterWhen you have Liam Neeson in a movie tagged action thriller, you can expect nothing but pure madness.

Really, with what he has done with the Taken movies, I’m going to see anything action that has Liam Neeson in the lead role, and this movie is no different.

The movie is the story of mobster and hit man Jimmy Conlon (Liam Neeson) who has one night to figure out where his loyalties lie: with his estranged son, Mike, whose life is in danger, or his longtime best friend, mob boss Shawn Maguire, who wants Mike to pay for the death of his own son.

The movie has a 7.1 score on IMDB (from 8,836 users), so you know it has something to offer.

You can watch the trailer below.

Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2

Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2If you saw the first one, I’m sure I don’t need to do much convincing before you decide to see this one. If however you didn’t, let me tell you a little about it.

Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2 is an action comedy (really, it’s more of comedy than action) about a mall cop who goes on vacation to Vegas with his teenage daughter. However, Paul is called back to action when the safety of his daughter and everyone else around is put in jeopardy.

The film stars Kevin James (Paul Blart), Neal McDonough, Daniella Alonso, Raini Rodriguez and David Lane.

If you’re looking to unwind after a stressful week at work, this movie sure is one way to do that.

That’s all we have for you on today’s episode of New movies to… you know what nevermind. I’d think of a better name, and hopefully i’ll share it with you guys next week. Till then, Ciao.
