Check Out Character Progression Poster For Netflix’s Beasts of No Nation

Beasts of No NationIn time for its October 16 release date, Netflix has released a series of character progression posters for Cary Fukunaga’s Beasts of No Nation.

The posters shows us how the film’s two major characters Agu (Abraham Attah) and Commandant ( Idris Elba) progress through the film. First, Agu is only a child, then a captive until he finally becomes a killer. Commandant on the other hand starts off as a saviour of sorts, then he becomes a ruler before then metamorphosing into a criminal.

You can check out the posters below.

Beasts of No Nation follows the story of Agu, a child soldier torn from his family and forced to join a unit of mercenary fighters in the civil war of an unnamed West African country (but you could probably guess it is Nigeria). Not only must Agu face the death of his father and disappearance of his mother and sister, but must also join a life of violence and brutality. Agu befriends a mute boy named Strika and together they face the crimes and hardships of war.

The film stars Idris Elba, Abraham Attah, Ama K. Abebrese, Grace Nortey, David Dontoh and Opeyemi Fagbohungbe.

A teaser for the film was released a few weeks ago. If you missed it, you can watch it in the player below.
